1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Crushed Candy Canes
1 pinch Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 pinch Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Oil

Soft and fluffy cookies filled with gooey white chocolate chips and a fresh burst of peppermint pieces in every bite! Crushed candy canes and white chocolate chips combine for the best Christmas cookie!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl.

Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. While the mixer is running add the egg then the vanilla and peppermint oil. Slowly add the flour mixture and scrape the bowl down. Add the white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes and mix until just incorporated.

Roll dough into about 18 small balls, then dip dough balls onto the crushed candy canes to coat the top of the dough balls.

Chill on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator. Bake at 350F for about 6 to 7 minutes.
