1 Onion
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Flour
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper
70 ml Vegetable Oil for frying
100 gr Sour Cream for serving

Peel potatoes and onion.
Take big bowl, grate potatoes and onion, and mix. The juice of the onions will keep the potatoes from going brown.
