2 pounds Ground Turkey
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 Onion chopped
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

This healthy turkey meatloaf is unbelievably moist! Layers of flavor from caramelized onions make it the most flavorful classic recipe.

Preheat oven to 375°.

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, milk, onion mixture and 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce.

Shape mixture into a loaf and place on the prepared pan.

In a small mixing bowl whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Pour half of the sauce over the meatloaf, reserving the remaining half for later.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, pour the remaining sauce over the loaf. Increase temperature to 400 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
