8 ounces Tuna Fish
1/4 cup Shallots chopped
2 teaspoons Garlic minced
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Capers
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped, fresh

Cook the pasta in well-salted water until al dente.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chopped shallots, minced garlic, and red pepper. Cook for 30 seconds.

To gently cook, lower the heat to the lowest temperature.
