Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1 Onion chopped
1 Garlic Clove minced
2 Egg Yolks
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup Butter
3 cups Beef Broth
3/4 cup Sour Cream
4 tablespoons Flour

    Gently warmed with spices and covered in a heavenly creamy gravy sauce, then served with fluffy mashed potatoes!

    In a large bowl, mix the beef, pork, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, grated onion, salt, pepper, garlic, panko and eggs until combined.

    Shape into 24 meatballs.

    In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout. Remove from the skillet and cover with a towel or foil to keep warm.

    Melt butter in the same skillet. Add the flour and stir till golden.
    Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add in sour cream, beef broth and salt and pepper to taste.

    Add back the meatballs and toss in the gravy sauce. Cook until meatballs are heated through.
