1 Egg beaten
4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup Salsa
4 Burger Buns
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
0.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Grate the zucchini by using the big holes of the grater. Squeeze out as much juice as possible with the paper towels.
