4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves minced
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 tablespoon oil Sesame Oil
for garnish Sesame Seeds
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.

In a large shallow dish, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and garlic. Add the chicken and mix into the sauce to coat. Refrigerate to marinade for 1-2 hours.

Remove wings from marinade and pat dry; season with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat, fry chicken wings about 5 minutes. Turn the wings and fry for a further 5-8 minutes more, or until they are golden, sticky and cooked through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
