Preheat the oven to 425°F. Toss the gnocchi, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and rosemary in a large mixing basin to coat. Spread the mixture out evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. |

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the gnocchi is light brown and the tomatoes are beginning to burst. Remove and discard the rosemary sprigs. Cool for 5 minutes in a serving basin. Add the mozzarella and basil and toss to combine. |
