1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped
8 tablespoon Butter
1 clove Garlic Chopped
1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed, Diced
1 pound Scallops Rinsed
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup Mascarpone
Salt

Cook the pasta in well-salted water until al dente, a bit firmer than you would normally eat.

Melt 6 tablespoons of butter with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add parsley and garlic.

Add asparagus and season with salt, pepper, onion powder; cook about 5 minutes.

Place the scallops in the pan, cook each side until lightly browned.

Combine the milk, 2 tablespoon butter and mascarpone in a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, and blended it.

Stir this sauce into the scallops and vegetables along with pasta.
