1 tablespoon Rice Wine
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
2 Garlic Cloves grated
2 teaspoons Ginger grated
Black Pepper
for serving Green Onions chopped

Bulgogi is made from a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, white wine. The combination of sweet and umami flavors make for an incredibly unique and extremely tasty experience.

In a medium size bowl, mix the marinade ingredients until the sugar and honey have dissolved. Coat the salmon pieces with the marinade. Marinate for 20 to 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking pan with foil and then spray with cooking spray. Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
