1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Garlic minced
1.5 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Nonstick Cooking Spray
