4 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
1 tablespoon Thyme leaves chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 450º and place oven rack in lower third of oven.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, thyme, dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Rub all over lamb.

Place into oven and roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F for medium, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
