Cut cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size. |

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Put the melted butter in another bowl. |

Dip each cauliflower piece into butter first, then to breadcrumbs. Place each breaded piece on prepared baking sheet. Roast the cauliflower for about 30 minutes. |
