Combine flours and salt in a large mixing bowl. |

Whisk together active dry yeast, olive oil and 200g lukewarm water, pour it into flour mixture. |

Knead rested dough for 3mins. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, put on a heavily floured surface, cover with dampened cloth, let rest for 3-4 hours. |

To make pizza, place each dough ball on a heavily floured surface and use your fingers to stretch it and shape it. Top and bake. |
