Combine flours and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together active dry yeast, olive oil and 200g lukewarm water, pour it into flour mixture.
Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined, then set aside for 15 minutes.

Knead rested dough for 3mins. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, put on a heavily floured surface, cover with dampened cloth, let rest for 3-4 hours.

To make pizza, place each dough ball on a heavily floured surface and use your fingers to stretch it and shape it. Top and bake.
