24 mini Hot Dogs
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
Egg Wash
for serving Ketchup
for decoration Rosemary Sprigs

Pigs in a Blanket don't get any better than this! A simple combination of hot dogs and puff pastry with a crispy egg wash finish, they're soft, pillowy, and especially delicious dipped in ketchup!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

Brush croissant dough with Dijon mustard. Slice each triangle into three equal-sized pieces.

Place a mini hot dog on the thick end of each triangle and roll up.

Arrange the pigs in a blanket, sided by side, in a circle on the baking sheet. They should be touching! Brush the egg wash over the croissant.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crescents are golden. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.

Put rosemary sprigs inside the wreath, and put a tiny bowl with ketchup in the middle.
