2 Onions sliced
500g Mushroom sliced
200ml Cream
200ml Mayonnaise
1 cup Red Wine
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
2 teaspoons Chicken Stock
Parsley chopped
1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

Fry the onions lightly in a large frying pan in small amount of oil.

Combine the wine, water, curry powder and chicken stock in a bowl.

Pour this mixture into the onions and allow to simmer for about half an hour

Fry the mushrooms and chickens lightly.

Add the wine-onion mixture, continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Whip the cream and mix with mayonnaise and parsley.

Combine with chicken and serve on top of boiled rice. with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
