Fry the onions lightly in a large frying pan in small amount of oil. |

Combine the wine, water, curry powder and chicken stock in a bowl. Pour this mixture into the onions and allow to simmer for about half an hour |

Fry the mushrooms and chickens lightly. Add the wine-onion mixture, continue to cook for another 10 minutes. |

Whip the cream and mix with mayonnaise and parsley. Combine with chicken and serve on top of boiled rice. with pomegranate seeds and parsley. |
