1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1.5 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt in a small bowl.

In a mixing bowl, melt butter. Add peanut butter and stir well. Then add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix again.

Add in the flour mixture and mix until just combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired and gently press them into the top of the blondies.
