Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; add water to depth of 3 inches. Bring to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 15 minutes. |

After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath. Peel eggs gently.Peel eggs gently so the whites remain intact and slice in half lengthwise. |

Place enough water to cover your eggs in 2 separate bowls. Add red food coloring to one and blue food coloring to the other, whisking, until you get the color you desire. Place the whites in one bowl and the other half in the other. Put them in the fridge for 2 hours to allow the colors to settle. |

Remove the eggs from the colored water with tons onto a layer of paper towels. Dry completely. Fill the whites with my classic deviled recipe. |
