4 cups Chicken Stock
2 ounces Pecorino Romano grated
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1/4 cup Olive Oil
4 Garlic Clove crushed
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 sprig Rosemary
Kosher Salt

Add garlic and rosemary, cook about 5 minutes.

Add pepper flakes and tomato paste, cook about 1 minutes.
