0.75 teaspoon Salt
12 oz. Pasta
1 cup Cream Heavy and whipping
0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

In 10-inch skillet, cook garlic in olive oil over low heat 7 minutes, or until very soft.

Add spinach and lemon zest and salt and cook 5 minutes, or until spinach is very tender.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 0.25 cup pasta cooking liquid.

Place pasta in a large bowl and cooking liquid in a food processor. Add spinach mixture and heavy or whipping cream and process until smooth. Pour sauce over pasta, add grated Parmesan cheese, and toss well to combine.
