1 Onion diced
1 tablespoon Garlic minced
3 tablespoons Flour
2 cups Chicken Broth
4 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
8 Lasagna Noodles
3 cups Baby Spinach
to taste Salt
to taste Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes until evenly cooked through. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside on a plate.

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in flour, mixing well, and cook for about 1 minute.

Slowly pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil, about 6-8 minutes.

Add cheese, broken lasagna noodles, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined. Cook the noodles over medium heat until al dente about 8-10 minutes.
