1.5 pound Ground Beef
2 cups Elbow Macaroni
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves chopped
450 ml Beef Broth
450 ml Tomato Sauce
450 gr. Diced Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Paprika ground
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
for garnish Fresh Parsley chopped
1 cup Beef Broth

This goulash is an easy-to-make American-style recipe made with juicy hamburger meat, tomato sauce, and tender macaroni noodles! Not to mention, goulash is great for feeding a crowd on a budget!

Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the ground beef, breaking it up into little pieces with a wooden spoon, and cook until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, paprika and ground black pepper. Stir to combine and return to a simmer.

Add the macaroni and return the pot to a simmer once again. Lower the heat to medium-low, and cook the macaroni about 12 minutes.

To serve, ladle into individual bowls and top with cheddar and parsley.
