Ingredients

400g Pork Ribs
20g Scallops dried
15g Cuttlefish dried
5 Red dates deseed
2 tablespoons Goji Berries
650g Old Cucumber
1 Sweet Corn
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar

Cook and keep it warm for a few hours for a richer flavor.

Wash the pork ribs under running water to remove any blood and crushed bones.

Bring a pot of water to a boil with the bone in it. Blanch the pork ribs for three minutes, then remove and wash under running water.

Cut off both ends of the old cucumbers. Slice the old cucumber in half, lengthwise. Remove the seeds, then cut into three-quarter inch wide slices.

Place all the ingredients except the goji berries in the slow cooker. Fill up the pot with boiling water just enough to cover them. Simmer for at least two hours.

Add the goji berries half an hour before stop boiling

Season with some salt, light soy sauce, and sugar.
