2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons Italian Parsley Leaves chopped
2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme chopped

Salmon fillets are coated with a simple honey mustard glaze and dredged in crispy panko then oven baked.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the honey mustard and 1 teaspoon of the thyme. In another small bowl, mix the panko with the remaining 1 teaspoon of thyme, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, parsley, and paprika. Add salt and pepper.

Spread the mustard mixture on the salmon; top with the bread crumb mixture.

Bake salmon for 15-18 minutes, until the fillets are just opaque and the topping is golden brown. Sprinkle with additional parsley and serve.
