1 roll Puff Pastry
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
6-8 Mushrooms
1 Onion chopped
4 Garlic Cloves minced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 tablespoon Italian Parsley Leaves minced
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

    Mushroom puff pastry is the easiest and most delicious holiday appetizer! These pastries are easy to prep ahead and everyone loves them.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a small frying pan add the olive oil, sliced mushrooms, salt, oregano and parsley, cook on medium, stirring occasionally until mushroom have browned slightly and are tender. Remove from heat.

    Roll out the puff pastry into an even 10.5-inch square. Cut the pastry into rounds.

    Transfer the cut puff pastry to a prepared baking sheet, prick each round with a fork to allow air to escape.

    Top with 2 or 3 mushroom slices and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
