1 Yellow Onion grated
3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 slice White Bread into small pieces
2 Eggs
100 ml Milk
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Mustard
150 ml Ketchup

Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large heavy saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.

In a large bowl combine all the meatloaf ingredients; beef, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, thyme, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and milk.

Put the meat in loaf pan, shape it into a loaf.

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, coarse mustard, and ketchup. Pour half of this sauce over the meatloaf. Bake about 50 minutes.

Brush on more sauce, reserving a little for serving. Bake 10 more minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.
