Ingredients

8 ounces Spaghetti
1 jar Artichoke hearts drained and quartered
1/3 cup Kalamata Olives halved
1/2 cup Dried Tomato chopped
1 Garlic Clove smashed
1/2 lemon Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Steps

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.

In a small pan, combine the garlic and olive oil.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.

Add everything, except the feta cheese, to the pot with the spaghetti and toss it all to combine.

Add 3/4 of the feta and gently toss again.

Serve immediately with more feta on the side.
