8 ounces Spaghetti

1 jar Artichoke heartsdrained and quartered

1/3 cup Kalamata Oliveshalved

1/2 cup Dried Tomatochopped

1 Garlic Clovesmashed

1/2 lemon Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 tablespoon Parsleychopped

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 cup Feta Cheesecrumbled

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. |

In a small pan, combine the garlic and olive oil. |

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Add everything, except the feta cheese, to the pot with the spaghetti and toss it all to combine. |

Add 3/4 of the feta and gently toss again. Serve immediately with more feta on the side. |
