4 small Tomatoes
3/2 cups Breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour the oil into a big pot of salted boiling water. Add the macaroni and cook according to the package directions. Drain well.

In a saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Slowly pour milk into the roux, stirring continually. Stir in cheeses, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and nutmeg and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in a large casserole dish and cover with sauce. Stir everything together thoroughly.

Slice the tomatoes and arrange on top. Over medium heat, melt butter in a skillet. Brown the breadcrumbs. sprinkle on the top.
