1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
6 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Rice Wine
1 tablespoon Garlic Cloves minced
1 Red Apple
1 teaspoon Ginger
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Blend soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, red apple, 1/2 onion, minced garlic, minced ginger and black pepper in a mixer or food processor until smooth

Pour the marinade over the thinly sliced meat in a mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients thoroughly while gently massage the meat with your hands.

Mix in the sesame oil with the meat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the beef in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat until it is completely hot. Pour in the vegetable oil. Add the meat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on medium high heat, until the meat and veggies are cooked through.

Toss in the sesame seeds and swirl briskly and serve.
