350g Spaghetti
1/2 cup Kimchi Juice
2 tablespoons Gochujang
2 Garlic Clove
220g Kimchi squeezed
6 Scallions thin,
300g Pork Belly
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Place a large pot of lightly salted water over high heat.

Add pasta to the water and boil for 1 minute less than al dente.

Stir the gochujang into the kimchi juice to make the kimchi pasta sauce.

Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and saute over medium heat.

Add the pork belly to the pan, stirring periodically.

Add the kimchi and saute.

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the kimchi, along with the sauce and scallions.

Serve the Kimchi spaghetti on a plate and garnish with your preferred ingredients.
