5-6 Roma Tomatoes
15 ounce Diced Tomatoes
1 Red onion quartered
3 Green Onions end trimmed
1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded,chopped
a handfull Cilantro Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
