3 Ripe Avocados
1 Jalapeno Pepper cored, diced
2 Roma Tomatoes diced
1/2 cup Onion finely diced
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1/3 cup Cilantro Leaves finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Halve the avocados lengthwise and remove their pits, scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.

Add lime juice then use a fork to mash until creamy, but still chunky.

Add diced tomatoes lastly, stir gently.
