1/2 pound Ground Pork
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1/2 Red onion diced
3 Garlic Cloves minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
6 Mint Leaves chopped
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup Flour

Combine the ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until it is all incorporated.

Shape into 2 inch meatballs and roll the meatballs in the flour.

Add the olive oil to a medium sized skillet and turn to medium high heat. Place the meatballs in the pan. Cook on each side until no longer pink.
