1 container Chocolate Frosting
Corn Starch
1 package White Fondant
18 Lollipops
1 tube Black Decorating Icing

A chocolate frosted cupcake with a fondant ghost atop it; these are treats that adults and kids alike will love!

Frost cupcakes and set aside.

Sprinkle the cornstarch onto a clean surface, and spread to lightly coat the surface. Roll the fondant until about ⅛" thick. Using a 4" round pastry cutter, cut out a circle with a sharp knife.

Place each fondant circle over a lollipop and form into the shape of a ghost. Place each ghost lollipop into the center of a cupcake.

Using the black decorating gel, squeeze out little eyes.
