5 tablespoons Olive Oil
6 Garlic Cloves
0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes crushed
2 tablespoons Italian Parsley Leaves
1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly
to taste Salt

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add spaghetti. Cook until al dente.

Heat the olive oil gently in a frying pan. Add the garlic, cook gently for a few minutes. Once the garlic is softened, remove from heat and add red pepper flakes.

Once pasta is cooked, drain, and then toss with garlic and olive oil mixture. Toss with parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Salt according to taste.
