250g Crimini Mushrooms
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves grated
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper ground
Thyme leaves
2 tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs

Crimini mushrooms stuffed with a delicious garlic-butter paste and baked with parmesan cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place them, cap side up, on a small baking tray.

Chop the stems finely.

In a small bowl combine minced garlic, panko bread crumbs, pepper, salt and butter.

Spoon a generous amount of the garlic mixture on top of each mushroom, sprinkle a little grated parmesan over each mushroom.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and the cheese has melted fully. Place the mushrooms on a plate and garnish with thyme leaves.
