1 tablespoon Flour
2/3 cup Cream
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
to taste Salt

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Stir in cream, a bit at a time, whisking after each addition. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Season generously with salt & pepper to taste.
