3/2 cups Heavy Cream half-and-half, or milk
2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
a pinch Nutmeg ground
a pinch Salt
6 slices White Bread
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Maple Syrup for serving
Strawberries fresh, for serving

This is how to make French Toast – whisk 1 egg, honey and salt. Dip bread, pan fry in butter for 2 minutes each side until golden, then douse with maple syrup!
