Preheat oven to 350º. Cook salmon fillets according to package directions. Transfer baked salmon to a cutting board and flake into pieces. |

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain. |

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with 0.25 cup pasta water and toss until nicely coated. |

Transfer pasta to a serving bowl and top with flaked salmon. |
