80 gram Rocket
1 Red onion sliced
2 tablespoon Onion marmalada
4 Burger Buns
1 tablespoon Butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat and add the onion. Fry gently for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the onion marmalade.

Cook the duck confit according to the package directions, then cut the bone and shred the meat into thick shreds.

Cut the buns in half and spread a little butter on the cut sides.

Place butter-side down on a griddle pan over high heat for about 1 minute.

Fill the buns with the shredded duck and some rocket.
