1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
8 oz Cremini Mushrooms
2 Garlic Cloves minced
3/4 cup Marsala wine
3/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
for serving Angel Hair cooked

In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and oil. Cook until lightly brown and cooked throughout. Remove chicken and set aside on plate.

Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in skillet and add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are golden and liquid has been released, 6 to 8 minutes.
