6 Leeks
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper

Simply slice the leeks into thin noodle lengths with a sharp knife, boil and then saute to perfection, and mix with a simple creme and black pepper sauce.

Cut the whole leeks into 1cm slices.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the leeks and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the leeks have softened.

Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
