2 cups Long Grain Rice
400 ml Coconut Milk
1.5 cups Water
1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Cilantro Leaves chopped, for garnish

Rinse your rice well under cold running water.

Combine rice, coconut milk, sugar, water and salt in a medium pot, and bring to a boil.

Once it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low and cook covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

Fluff and serve.
