2.5 cups Flour
4 Apples chopped
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter melted

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs and oil. Add the cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Fold in the apples and pour batter into prepared pan.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon melted butter to make a topping and spread it evenly over the batter.
