In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, olive oil, soy sauce, white vinegar, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno, cumin and 1 teaspoon pepper; set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Place the steak in the remaining marinade and turn over a couple of times to coat thoroughly. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours or overnight |
