Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners. Sift cake mix into a large bowl to remove any lumps, then continue to add the rest of the cake ingredients. Stir until smooth. Fill cupcakes liners 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 minutes. |

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Continue to add ins as much powdered sugar as needed to reach desired consistency. Add vanilla extract. |

Make the bunny ears by cutting a marshmallow in half at a diagonal, then dipping the sticky side of each half in pink crystal sprinkles. |

Place frosting in a large piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe large round mounds of frosting on each cupcake. Stand the marshmallow halves up in the frosting to form bunny ears. |
