8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Butter softened
3 cup Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
20-24 Marshmallows

These Easter bunny cupcakes are simple, delicious and the perfect Easter dessert. These cupcakes are adorable for any spring events.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners.

Sift cake mix into a large bowl to remove any lumps, then continue to add the rest of the cake ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Fill cupcakes liners 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Continue to add ins as much powdered sugar as needed to reach desired consistency. Add vanilla extract.

Make the bunny ears by cutting a marshmallow in half at a diagonal, then dipping the sticky side of each half in pink crystal sprinkles.

Place frosting in a large piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe large round mounds of frosting on each cupcake.

Stand the marshmallow halves up in the frosting to form bunny ears.
