450g Broccoli Florets
1 cup Cheddar Cheese thicker
2/3 cup Cranberries dried
1/2 cup Bacon crumbled
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds salted
1/3 cup Red onion diced
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1.5 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

    Broccoli salad is incredibly easy to make. It's healthy, loaded with flavor and topped with a creamy mayonnaise yogurt dressing.

    Combine broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and onion in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sour cream, pepper and salt. Whisk until smooth.

    Add the dressing to the mixing bowl and stir until everything is well combined. Can be served immediately, but is best when chilled for at least an hour.
