3/4 cup Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
1 Yellow Onion finely chopped
3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spread beans evenly onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until slightly dried out.

Saute olive oil, chopped pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat until peppers and onions are soft.

Place in a large bowl black beans, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork or pulse the mixture, leaving some larger chunks of beans.

Divide the black bean mixture into six equal portions, then shape each portion into a patty.

Place patties on baking sheet, and bake about 10 minutes on each side.
