1 pound Beef Tenderloin cubed
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Onion chopped
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cups Beef Broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Beef Tips and gravy are the ultimate comfort food with tender chunks of beef in a rich brown gravy. Serve these beef tips over mashed potatoes or even rice or pasta for the perfect meal!

Season beef tips with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil to medium-high heat in a medium skillet. Sear seasoned beef tips on both sides.

Reduce heat to low, then add the onion and garlic. Cook the onion for a further 5 minutes, stirring periodically, until it is soft.

Add 1 cup beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Cover loosely with lid.

In small bowl whisk together the reserved 1 cup of beef broth and the 1/4 cup flour.

Whisk this flour mixture into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
