Ingredients

300g Pasta leftover cooked
290g Borlotti Beans drained and rinsed
410g Tomatoes chopped with garlic and herbs
1 Onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons Red Pesto
1 Apple chopped
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
300ml Passata

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions for 3 mins.

Stir in the apple and cook for 2-3 mins.

Stir in tomatoes, passata and beans. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 10 mins.

Stir in the pesto and pasta, mixing well until the pasta is heated through.

Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
